The Citizens' Signpost Service (CSS) is a team of independent legal experts providing free and personalised advice on citizens' rights in the EU. Any requests, regarding all aspects of life of Bulgarian citizens in the UK, from travel, through residency, education, family reunification, health & social insurance, etc., can be sent to the following address and will be answered fully within a week of the submitted request. Requests can also be issued and dealt with in Bulgarian, for non-English speakers."
